Holding a high-pressure garden hose when the water is turned on full blast makes the hose kick upward in your hands!

Automatic weapons in shooting games do the exact same thing. Firing continuously creates recoil that pushes your weapon barrel upward and sideways.

Controlling Weapon Spray Recoil:

1. Recoil Pitch (Vertical Upward Kick): Firing continuously causes bullet holes to climb upward in a line. Compensate by pulling your mouse downward at a steady matching speed.
2. Recoil Yaw (Horizontal Side Sway): After the initial upward climb, weapons sway side to side in T-patterns or L-patterns. Watch bullet tracer lines and compensate horizontally in the opposite direction.
3. Spray Transfer Technique: Practice smoothly pulling your controlled spray downward and across to transfer recoil onto a second target.
