1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using DocHero ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. About the Service
DocHero turns programming documentation into game-like lessons with quizzes, XP, streaks, leagues, duels, and reviews. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and we may add, change, or remove features at any time.
3. Accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not share or resell your account or Premium access.
- Do not attempt to manipulate XP, gems, leagues, duels, or leaderboards through exploits, bots, or automation.
- Do not scrape, copy, or redistribute course content for commercial purposes.
- Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, without notice and without refund.
5. DocHero Premium
Premium is a paid, monthly subscription that unlocks additional features as described on our Pricing page. Premium is billed monthly. All payments are final and non-refundable, as stated in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
6. Virtual currency and items
Gems and other in-app items have no real-world value and cannot be redeemed for cash, refunded, or transferred. We may adjust the way gems and items are earned or used at any time.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including its content, design, logos, and software, is owned by DocHero and is protected by applicable laws. You get a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the Service for learning purposes only.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DocHero is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of progress, data, or virtual items.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
