Arm Ergonomics and Posture Mechanics

Building a Comfortable Power Stance!

Imagine trying to sprint a 100-meter dash while wearing heavy boots and leaning sideways. You would feel tired and slow right away!

Sitting with poor desk posture causes arm strain, wrist fatigue, and shaky aim control after 30 minutes of gaming.

Setting Up Optimal Aiming Ergonomics:

  1. 90-Degree Elbow Angle: Adjust your chair height so your forearms rest comfortably parallel to your desk with a 90-degree elbow bend.
  2. Wrist Extension Avoidance: Do not let your wrist bend upward at a steep sharp angle over the desk edge. Keep your forearm flat on the desk or armrest.
  3. Shoulder Relaxation: Keep your shoulders dropped and relaxed. Hunching your shoulders up creates neck muscle tension that ruins hand tracking smoothness.
  4. Distance From Monitor: Sit about arm-length (20 to 24 inches) away from your display monitor so you can see all map edges without straining your eyes!
